Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability, but we always prioritise the fastest and safest option for your order.

Flower Colours & Variations

Please note: Roses are natural products and seasonal availability can affect exact colours and shades.

While we always aim to match the bouquet shown, slight variations in tone or bloom stage may occur.

If a particular shade is unavailable, we will replace it with the closest possible match of equal or higher quality.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

However, if your roses arrive damaged or not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will happily arrange a replacement.
